What we collect, and why

Name, delivery address, phone and email — to deliver water and reach you if the courier can't find the door. The address includes a map position you place yourself.
Delivery photos — when we leave cases at your door, the courier photographs them. The photo is shown only to you, as your receipt, and is deleted after 90 days.
Order history — what you ordered and paid, so you can see your own receipts.
Payment — card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Cash payments involve no stored payment data at all.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with anyone beyond what delivery requires. The courier sees your address and door notes on delivery day.
We don't track your location. The map is used once, while you place your own pin — the app never follows you.
We don't send marketing. Notifications concern your deliveries only, and you can decline them — the water comes anyway.

Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple you may hide your email address; we support Apple's private relay addresses. We receive only your name and email, nothing else.

Your rights

You can download your data, correct it, or delete your account — including all delivery photos — directly inside the app, or by writing to us. Receipts the merchant must keep under Italian bookkeeping law are kept by the merchant for the legally required period.
